Apartment renovation

We work both with new builds without finishing and with older flats where old layers have to be removed. In a new build we start with the wiring and the screed; in an older flat we first check the pipes and cabling, because replacing them after the finishing costs twice as much.

We agree the scope room by room. The flat can be done all at once, or split into stages so you keep living in part of it. The second option takes longer but saves renting somewhere else during the works.

Before the start we fix every item in the estimate with volumes in metres. If it turns out along the way that a wall is more uneven than expected, we show the measurement and agree the change separately, instead of presenting it as a fact at the end.
