Renovation backed by one team
We take on the full cycle of works: from the first site visit and estimate to the final clean-up and handover of the keys. We work in Yerevan and across Armenia, with apartments, private houses and commercial spaces.
We start with a visit to the property. We take measurements and discuss the task: what needs to change, in what style, within what timeframe. After that we prepare an estimate where every item is visible: materials, works, volumes. The estimate is fixed before the start and is not topped up with unexpected items along the way.
Electrical and plumbing systems, finishing, interior and landscaping are carried out by our own specialists. One contractor is responsible for the result, so you never have to work out whose crew did what.
In the end you get a space you can move into straight away, a written warranty on the work performed, and documents that make it clear what you paid for. Deadlines are agreed in advance and we keep them.

We name a preliminary range within 15 minutes by phone and prepare an exact estimate after a free site visit. The site shows the price for work; materials are calculated once the scope is agreed.
Our own specialised crews for each direction, with electrics and plumbing by separate specialists. One manager is responsible for the site.
By stages, against accepted work. No full prepayment is required.
We agree the materials in advance. You can buy them yourself from our list, or leave the purchasing to us, with receipts.
After the site visit and the estimate the cost is fixed. Extra work is done only after written agreement.
